What is HDD ?

Image
A h ard d isk d rive (HDD), hard disk, hard drive or fixed disk is a data storage device that uses magnetic storage to store and retrieve digital information or data using one or more rigid rapidly rotating disks (platters) coated with magnetic material.   Even your operating system is stored on your computer's hard drive. Hard-disk is a non-volatile memory. SATA drive are commonly used. Types of HDD : IDE:Integrated Drive Electronics. drives it is also known  as PATA.   SATA : Serial advance technology attachment. SCSI : Small Computer System Interface. SAS : Serial Attached SCSI.

What is internet ?

The full form of INTERNET is I nternational N etwork.  definition of Internet it is a global communication network that allows almost all computer worldwide to  connect and  exchange   data and information . the Internet is the largest network of networks . it connects millions and billions of computer together globally.  with the help of Internet, a computer can communicate and connect with any other computer as long as they both connected to the internet.

Diffrence Between DRAM or SRAM

Image
DRAM ( D ynamic r andom a ccess m emory) it needs to be refreshed in every few milliseconds. it stores data either capacitor charged or discharged. e.g - 2GB RAM of pc/laptop. SRAM ( S tatic r andom a ccess m emory ) SRAM doesn't need to be refreshed periodically. it stores data as long as power is being supplied. e.g - cache memory in CPU.

DRAM vs SRAM

Dynamic random-access memory (DRAM) Dynamic random-access memory (DRAM) is a type of random-access memory that stores each bit of data in a s eparate capacitor within an integrated circuit. The capacitor can be either charged or discharged; these two states are taken to represent the two values of a bit, conventionally called 0 and 1. DRAM is the memory we use as physical memory that helps the PC/laptop to run applications. A DRAM storage cell is dynamic in that it needs to be refreshed or given new electronic charges every few milliseconds to compensate for charge leaks from the capacitor. example  PC/laptop it has 2GB of RAM. Static random-access memory  (SRAM) SRAM (static RAM) is random access memory (RAM) that retains data bits in its memory as long as power is being supplied . SRAM does not have to be periodically refreshed . example of SRAM is SRAM is used as cache memory.
